Senior Producer
Starbreeze Entertainment is looking for an experienced producer to lead the project management for one of our projects in our Stockholm office.
You will be working as the project manager for the project, being responsible for planning, staffing, risk management, process coaching etc. You might also be asked to work as a scrum master for feature teams, or support scrum masters, and hence you need to be proficient in agile methodologies such as scrum and kanban. You will work in close cooperation with the Product Director, with your internal stakeholders and with the feature teams.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management of development projects, but also have a passion for the latest development methods and tools. If you also like playing games, that is a plus.
You are an effective project manager with an agile mindset who is passionate about planning, efficiency, and engaging teams in continuous improvement of development tools and processes. You will work with the project team to ensure that the project is delivering the game efficiently, on time, on budget and to the right level of quality.
Please note, this role must be based in Stockholm with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
Implement project management frameworks; including staff planning, risk management and reporting, for the project.
Own the production deliverables and provide support for the scrum teams in the project.
Follow up on project indicators that track project quality, delivery, and predictability.
Requirements
5-10 years of experience as a project manager for development projects.
Bachelor of Science or equal working experience.
Good insight into, and experience of, agile processes such as scrum and kanban.
Good experience of managing various stakeholders, and an understanding of how to visualize status for both teams and their stakeholders.
Experience in negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution in complex project setups.
Proficient in facilitating, motivating, and inspiring team(s) to work as one team towards clear project goals to execution.
